• We have hot and cold water, 24 hours a day.
• All units have telephone and tv’s.
• We maintain and clean the compound on a daily basis, plus garbage disposal.
• For motel operation, we provide daily maid service, linens, basic kitchen utensils, and toiletry.
• We also provide transportation to and from the airport if required.

Generally any kind of business but particularly tour operators and tourists including visitors to the Republic and also the local population.

We have provided accomodation for Government employees, U.S. Peace Corps Volunteers, Various Cicic and Religious Groups (visiting), etc.

Describe any significant technologies or facilities your business has. Include details on exactly what these features enable you to offer a client.

An ideal location and site of the houses, just immediately after the main town toward the airport and right next to the beach and lagoon where clients can go swimming, snorkeling, diving, etc. The houses are clean and have airconditioning, and are surrounded by a variety of local trees giving shade to the area.

What would you consider are your strengths and advantages over your competitors?

Our experience in the business plus our flexible rates to suit each client’s needs. We offer daily, weekly, monthly, and group rates. We also pick up and drop off clients at their point of arrival or departure. Our manager lives in the compound and is available 24 hours a day.
